Carrots2 With 2 acres of land and a mission to provide our valley with organic vegetables, Dave Jackson started farming .   A concern for preserving farmland and our environment were forces that drove his ambition.  27 years and 83 acres later, Jackson and his Enterprise Farm are a testament to the rewards of hard work and integrity.  To know your farmer is to know your food; to know Enterprise Farm is to know what is fresh, flavorful and good for you.
