Margarita Dressing

This is a terrific dressing for vegetable, rice and bean salads.  It also makes a delicious marinade for poultry and fish.  Try it in your ceviche!

• 3 tbps Patron Tequila
• 3 tbsp Triple Sec
• 1/3 cup Lime Juice
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp kosher salt
• 1 tbsp Picante Passion
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Pour the ingredients in a blender and pulse for 2 minutes.
